Have a Disney Travel Question? Ask the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Blog Moms PanelBecause I go to Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line so regularly, planning is usually a snap.  Of course, I also read numerous guidebooks, blogs, and belong to several Facebook groups that also give great advice.  What, though, if you just have a question or two about your next trip?  Don’t you wish you had an expert at hand?  Guess what?  You do!!!

In 2008, the Walt Disney World Moms Panel was created.  Since then, it has changed its name to Disney Parks Moms Panel and expanded to cover not only Walt Disney World, but also Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, runDisney, and ESPN Wide World of Sports, but the basic premise is the same.  Each year, thousands of Disney “experts” apply to be on the Moms Panel and after a series of online questions and a phone interview, about 15 (the numbers have changed year-to-year) are selected to answer questions.  From the Moms Panel website, “Members of the Disney Parks Moms Panel have been selected because they have demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the Disney Destination in which they specialize. Being familiar with their area of specialization, they can offer helpful tips (and a dash of pixie dust) to help your vacation planning.”

How does it work? If you have a question, you can search the site to see if someone else has already asked that question and been answered. If it has, then you have your answer right away. If it hasn’t, then you have the opportunity to submit your question to the panel. While they can’t guarantee that all questions will be answered, I have submitted a few to try it out and they were all answered within a day or so.

So, next time you have a question about your upcoming Disney trip, give the Disney Parks Moms Panel a try. You’ll have an expert right at your fingertips for free!
